At Prince Distribution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
